Micro-actions of emergency#3presents two artistic projects which dialogue with the public space through an appeal to the community that inhabits that space and context. Both projects explore a divergent and imagined reality other than the officially established while giving visibility to the position of the artist in relation to the world surrounding him and the people who inhabit it, in line with Paul Ardenne’s idea of the artist weaving with the reality.
Through an ongoing collection of drawings and images apparently anonymous, Alia Farid and Pau Faus respectively have collected contradictions of imposed legal and physical structures whose purpose has been subverted by the community. Their projects question the government plans to intervene in the behavior and mobility of citizens in Kuwait and Brasilia, responding to the current biopolitical dynamics by imaginary alternatives.
