Some text dances in the bottom of the frame; it’s a letter and the author is telling the story of his village. We learn that he can no longer return to it because of some armed conflict.
This video suspends us in a space between two places, in the gap within a crack that can only be filled with the imagination; the letter doesn’t give away any clues about the author’s location, we can only guess that he is not in the region he describes. We cannot know if the truck is entering said region, or if it’s leaving it. We could imagine both that he is coming back, and that he’ll never get there.
