La fachada de los héroes, a solo show by Federico Solmi and curated by Kelly Gordon, opened on last March 25th until June 25th at Museo de Arte Contemporáneo del Zulia (MACZUL) in Maracaibo, Venezuela. This show is a selection of artist works like The Brotherhood (2015) and also includes scenes from the videoinstallation from The Ballroom (2015).

 

Solmi´s creative process deploys satire to express the dimensions of modern life?the fallacies of power and the pretensions of celebrity. His work burlesques contemporary society by creating a universe filled with characters who move awkwardly, often hilarious situations.
